NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF LANDOWNERS
The directors of The Ridges Landowners’ Association, Inc. (the “Association”) hereby notify the members of the Association that the annual meeting of members will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Vista Grande Public Library, 14 Ave. Torreon (Eldorado) in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
All persons who are owners of lots in The Ridges Subdivision as of October 26, 2018, as shown on the Association’s records, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. The meeting is called to vote upon election of directors, the proposed 2019 operating budget, and any other business properly brought before the meeting. An Agenda and the proposed 2019 operating budget are enclosed for your review prior to the meeting. Also enclosed is a Proxy to be filled out and returned to the Association prior to the meeting or delivered to the meeting.
Members are urged to attend the meeting so that a quorum for action can be obtained. Any member who cannot attend the meeting in person is strongly urged to execute the enclosed proxy and deliver it to the Association at any time before the commencement of the meeting. The proxy names Greg Cooper, the Association’s president, to serve as proxy or you may name another person to serve as your proxy. Mr. Cooper will vote in accordance with the directors’ recommendations unless the member gives specific instructions otherwise; the proxy has a ballot for the member to vote for his or her choices on the two items before the meeting. The proxy is revocable by written notice to the secretary at any time before the beginning of the meeting, or by the member’s attendance in person at the meeting.
This Notice is dated October 17, 2018. Only persons who are shown on the Association’s records as owners of lots as of October 26, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
