A peaceful, private, small subdivision close to Santa Fe, surrounded by mesa and mountain views and the ancient Galisteo Basin to the south, The Ridges is unique for the area by its rolling terrain and many trees.
Pueblo-style homes are tucked in among piñon and juniper, with chamisa, hardy grasses, wildflowers and cactus typical of the high desert. Finger ridges jut into Eldorado wilderness on the eastern end, and all residents enjoy the blue silhouettes of distant Jemez, Sangre de Cristo and Sandia mountains that frame the ever-changing skyscapes of the region.
This small place, from which the vast mysterious beauty of the planet is palpably revealed, and which was inhabited by others before us, we are fortunate to call home.
